The film ‘C O
N F L I C T E D’ deals with the subject matter of secrecy, and the way in
which this can affect two individuals within a relationship.

Media
language is applied in the new mainstream radio broadcast of 2 mins and 30 sec.
Media language
is also applied within the critical responses and the red carpet/ studio
discussion.

Representations
and how they will be constructed:
Representation of gender is evident, as there is
one male protagonist and one female protagonist, thus equal representation –
equilibrium.
Representation of ethnicity is evident, with a white
male protagonist and a mixed/ biracial female protagonist – diverse ethnicity
represented.
Representation of age will be constructed
through the protagonists, who come under the age demographic of late teens
(youth).
